30 Day Returns
Retail customers - if you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us in resaleable condition within 30 days and we will refund. All we ask is that you cover the costs of returning the goods to us.
If you have a received faulty items, please email us in the first instance, email@example.com.
Faulty items should be returned to us (or, at our discretion, destroyed and photographic evidence supplied) within 30 days of receipt by the customer. On receipt of the faulty items we will arrange for a refund, which will usually include reasonable shipping costs.
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) arising from the supply of faulty or incomplete goods, other than the refund of those goods, and any reasonable shipping costs.
Please return any items to the returns address on your invoice.
